Disabilities and Special Needs
Children who experience cognitive, developmental, physical and/or learning disabilities are welcome in our program and encouraged to enroll. Our trained staff assist with parent-directed developmental screenings for each child, in addition to supporting parents through the process of obtaining community resources. Our Inclusion Specialist supports the teacher in creating an inclusive classroom environment to support the needs of all children.
Mental Health
Staff mental health professionals and consultants provide support to children, families, and staff in the form of classroom observations, child observations, and related discussion/ review with parents and staff. We also work closely with families to help with referrals to partnering mental health professionals so that all members of the family can have access to any additional supports they may need.
