Class Descriptions:

Make Parenting a Pleasure

Identify your strengths as a parent, take better care of yourself and discover new ways to make parenting easier. Come connect with other parents and together learn how to better understand your child’s behavior and ways to discipline that fit your child’s age. This group uses activities and video clips with plenty of time to talk with other parents.

Circle of Security

This 10 week class is a relationship based early intervention program designed to enhance attachment security between parents and children. Decades of university-based research have confirmed that secure children exhibit increased empathy, greater self-esteem, better relationships with parents and peers, enhanced school readiness, and an increased capacity to handle emotions more effectively when compared with children who are not secure.
